  1. Hello: I am the director of marketing at R. Crusoe & Son, a tour company based in Chicago that sends American travelers all over the world. Among other things, I write weekly email blasts to our travelers about all sorts of travel- and destination-related topics. I’m wondering if I could copy your recipe for Alfajores de Maicena, since the company sends plenty of people to Argentina. I would like to include it in the email blast it later this week, if you agree. Of course, I would credit youir blog with the recipe.

Could you please get back to me soonest? I actually am leaving for Argentina this Thursday, so the sooner the better. Many thanks in advance.
    Best,
    Beth Tulipan

    1. Beth– thanks for your comment and apologies for the delay. I would be happy to let you use my recipe, provided that credit is given for the recipe and instructions and a link is included to the original post. Please let me know if you plan to use any photographs– if so, please credit these as well.

Would you also include me on your email, as a favor? My address is befearlesscooking@gmail.com. I would like to see your product!

Please let me know if you have any questions. Regards– Francesca.

      1. Hi Francesca: So sorry for the delay in replying—I was in Argentina! Jusr returned to the office today. Thanks for the permission to use the recipe. I’ll include you on our email blast and will include a link to Fearless Kitchen. Many thanks, Beth.
